Part 1 – Global Landscape of IPSE — Meg Grigal A brief overview of national efforts in Ireland, the United States, Europe, and Australia will highlight the shift from program innovation to coordinated infrastructure. Participants will examine how standards, data systems, and funding alignment influence sustainability.
Part 2 – Core Elements of National Implementation — Mary-Ann O'Donovan Presenters will describe six national functions identified through Australia's planning process.
Part 3 – Interactive Reflection — Des Aston, Owen Barden In small groups, participants will use a structured framework to: • Identify their current stage of development (pilot, network, coordinated system) • Analyze structural gaps • Consider governance and coordination options suited to their context
Part 4 – Global Dialogue — All A facilitated discussion will surface shared challenges, emerging themes, and opportunities for cross-national collaboration. Resources for program development and research partnerships will be shared.
